Tony C. was extremely helpful again today. That makes twice in one week that he has shared his knowledge and expertise. I appreciate his customer service skills and willingness to help this newly Single Mom.
From headlight installation, to oil recommendations and locating a new alternator. He was always friendly and helpful. He even updated my profile and made sure I was earning rewards. I highly recommend Etowah Auto Zone. He has an outstanding crew under his supervision as well. Bryce P. was also very helpful to me this week. I appreciate them all.

Would not honor a warranty on a car battery that was 2 months old , said they would then changed their minds, the only reason I’m giving them a 1 star is because they answered the phone

Tony C. at Auto zone went above and beyond to help an helpless lady with the installation of headlights and a tail light! It's employees like Tony C. that shows their care for the customer! He's making Auto Zone shine! Great service! Keep up the great work!

The only reason I'm giving a 2 star review is bc of how rude the worker was. I bought a battery for 214$ and when I said something about the price he told me if I wanted cheaper to go to Walmart, very rudely. I wasn't even complaining about the price, I was just surprised. I was charged, and refunded of course, for something I didn't get. Went in to get an explanation on some charges I didn't understand. He treated me like I was stupid, he was big time smart and honestly didn't help me with what i didn't understand.I've been back since and have nothing but good things to say about the service I've received since then.
