“The staff of the service department here is a well selected group of people who truly care for those who need help. The transmission of our truck failed while we were towing our RV. Being in an unfamiliar town with a huge problem was frightening and stressful. Mr Philman was compassionate and more than prepared to help us. “If I could give ten stars I would. John and Ronnie fixed two problem that no one else in the area were willing to touch and they chased down two additional subsequent problems at no additional cost. I had even contacted the dealer and they couldn’t help with the problems— air-ride-leveling-shocks that had gone bad, and lighted speedometer needle thar had gone out on an older almost 200,000-mile SUV. Ronnie, the mechanic, and John the owner did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. I highly recommend TN Car Care Center because they are very skilled at what they do, they are kind and helpful, and they have integrity and honesty that exceeds all my expectations! The work was done several months ago and I’ve put a lot of miles on the car and the repairs are holding up really well. In the photo you can sew that the SUV is sitting level after 12 hours in the driveway! Great people! Great Work!”

“GREAT SERVICE!!!! I was in Tullahoma visiting family for the holidays and my vehicle was making a sound that did not sound good! Especially since we had 13 hr drive home ahead of us. Big Springs understood the urgency and took our vehicle in right away! They identified the problem and new to travel home without servicing the issue would be VERY DANGEROUS! They replaced all that was needed and had us on the road next day!!! They did not price gouge or take advantage of us at all!!! Most places would have knowing we were stuck! If you want the work done right and for a fair price this garage is who you want!!! Thank you BIG SPRINGS !!!”

“I rented a uhaul. I returned it that night and the app wouldn't load. I called customer service and they told me to take a picture of miles and fuel and leave keys In drop box. I was hesitant but I did. I arrived the next morning as soon as they opened. They apologized, check my truck in and sent me on my way. I use them often and I recommend them for a smooth pick up and drop off for your uhaul rentals. They are friendly, helpful and I feel they really appreciated my business.”

“The Tire Store and Service Center staff saved our Thanksgiving! Our car began misfiring on I-24 outside Monteagle, TN during our drive from Athens, GA to be with family in Milwaukee, WI for the holiday. We tried first to repair the situation on our own, but were sold the wrong parts. The problem got worse and we limped into Tire Store and Service Center without much hope of getting help the day before a holiday. However, the staff there took us in, listened to our situation, diagnosed the problem correctly, got the right parts in less than an hour, and got us back on the road in time to still make our trip. Better still, they figured out how to get a refund on the bad parts that we had been sold earlier that day! Unbelievable! We had never been to Decherd TN before, but we will always remember and be thankful for the exceptional service and sincere consideration that we received there.”
