The Second Street "Big Shell" is well maintained and always seems to be stocked. The Assistant Manager Sierra and Manager Amanda have always been professional as well as courteous on every occasion. This store always goes above and beyond. 11/10.

Would not recommend visiting this station. Card readers at pumps dont work most times or try to eat your card. Store needs a good cleaning. Staff seem to be unhappy with their job,which may be cause there is not enough help. I would highly recomment visiting the new Shell at the Unicoi Exit. Very nice and clean and plenty of room to get in and out of fueling area.

Have used his shell station many times over years , today. The pump acted weird, was not able to insert my card right . After 3 tries it finally went in, only to be declined. Upon checking bank account was fine, but I noticed there was $85 pending to this station. I had not even got to pump gas. Went inside and was basically told there was nothing they could do. That it would be pending till transaction was complete, evidently the very young boy didn’t hear me when I said it declined and would not let me complete transaction. And said I could pay in there and he swipe my card again. I think not then that would be another $85 charged to my account . Called back to get manager name and number to talk to someone e and was told they didn’t have that info ???? Never will go there again !
