I love my bank. Always kind and courteous. I have been with them for years. I pay my bills through my online banking and love it. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Would not except POA when trying to take care of financial matter. Although POA was notarized and recorded in county. Like everything else all in the WORDING. 2 attorney's have told me it was perfectly legal. Would never do business with them. Horrible

The online banking is unbelievably unreliable. I have had processing transactions disappear into thin air multiple times over the weekend for important bills and the funds randomly appear back into my account and I also subsequently get locked out of my online banking, thus giving the insinuation important bill payments are being returned when in fact they have not and the actual balance will appear within a day and the original transactions will again reflect on the account. I have had to call 5 times to reset my OLB info for this exact same reason, as well as frantically pursue merchants during weekend hours to confirm whether or not the payments actually processed. The customer service is sub par, unless you’re a tenured customer with lots of liquid assets they appear to show no interest in reflecting any hospitality or consideration for resolving problems. They new manager of the Erwin location is very knowledgeable on customer service tactics but shows a lack of ability to portray any rational thinking. They want to radiate a small town local banking vibe to their customers but in reality they have just become another corporatized monopoly.
