Okay, so my husband went in today to speak with our tax "professional" Jan Charles.We paid her over $300 to do our taxes this year.I called today to see if she could help me figure out why I received a notification from the IRS that stated possibly our taxes had been filed incorrectly.She told me that it was out of her hands, that I would need to contact the IRS directly.When my husband went in afterwork to speak with her about it, she asked what he "wanted done about it?".He said a refund of our $300 since the job we paid for was done incorrectly.Jan then says to my husband, "Did your taxes get filed? Then I done my job."I guess after they are paid, they aren't obligated to help you anymore, and Jan Charles in Erwin certainly wasn't going out of her way to help us any further.Thanks for Nothing H&R Block.(Yes, I am disgruntled.)

It was good. I dropped my taxes off it took 3 days for them to get them done. I wasn't in a hurry anyway.
