Loved having CVS is Erwin TN, I've been a loyal customer since the 1980's in Rhode Island. Super disappointed they are closing the store. We were hit hard by Hurricane Helene and in a long recovery process. Kicking us while we are down is not appreciated. Business decisions don't seem to take into account situations on the ground. I won't be using CVS anymore anywhere. We have a local family run pharmacy that will take better care of us.

I’ve tried numerous times to use the telephone number to ensure script is ready and it just errors out - it’s unfortunate because it would helpful and avoid extended waiting
