Ordered flowers for a funeral on the website. It was a beautiful old-fashioned elegant muted arrangement, "Poetic Pink." They called and said they were out of one of the flowers. Asked if they could substitute with another flower. I agreed as long as it was in keeping with the style. Got to the funeral, saw an arrangement exact to what I ordered. It wasn't mine. Mine had bright red (ghoulish)carnations!!! Not in keeping with the antique muted arrangement at all. White, light pink would have been OK, NOT fire engine red!!!
For a total of $110.00 dollars I expected more. Could have thrown this together for 10.00 bucks at the dollar store.

I was so impressed with the flowers they brought to my Wife, i forgot to tell the driver how awesome they looked. Very Beautiful arrangement. She absolutly loved them.

Completely disrespectful. I called asking about a sales associate position and the lady that answered the phone was the most rudest snobbiest person that I have ever spoken to on the phone let alone at a business in a small nice town; as she persisted to say no we don’t talk about that on the phone and click hangs up ? great business.

I ordered though 1800 flowers and they used Bells. The order was for 2 dozen assorted roses. The order was a day late and it only had 2 roses. The arrangements looked like they bought it from the pig down the road. Also it was withered. I called 1800 flowers and they said they will resubmit the order free of charge and will be delivered on Sunday. On Tuesday, no flowers came. I had to call 1800 flowers to just say cancel order.
