Had a package that they refused to deliver. It had an apt number , but I live in a house. I have the tracking number and every bit of info needed to get this package delivered. Staff was rude unprofessional and just being jerks.

Since I’ve moved back to the area, I’ve barely gotten any of my mail that I’m supposed to get, it shows on my informed delivery, but I guess taking a simple picture really wears them out, and causes them not to deliver anything. Such a surprise.

Friendly staff, and always helpful. Never had an issue getting a package or letter sent on time, unlike other branches.
