“Moved from the west coast three years so I had been looking for someone with a high level of integrity to care for my car like it was their own. I think I have found my car service provider. I always ask for a maintenance check along with my oil change. Due to the last couple years of towing my travel trailer, the front brakes were at 3/32 (I think) remaining. Ok ? you were not towing but Randy suggested with the added load from towing the trailer, he would encourage doing the front discs to ensure safe travels. Due to my particularsituation, i could not do it at the time but will set up a time before our next trip. He shared common sense resolutions to my situation.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“At 4:30 on a steamy Friday afternoon, we rolled into Roberts Auto Repair with a dying alternator in a Chevrolet Suburban full of tired people and no appointment. In minutes, JJ diagnosed the problem, found the needed part, and arranged for it to be delivered. He got us back on the road in less than 90 minutes!Price was very reasonable, too. I've paid more for less. He even checked all the fluids for free.The shop looks like the back yard of someone who loves cars. This is the best kind of shop for honest, well priced repairs and Roberts does not disappoint! Would definitely recommend!”

We had to fine a Garage to be towed too,to get it fixed,call the Garage to see if they could repair it. He said he was closing early, so he went to the auto parts and bought a fan belt and came to where we were at and put it on the van and said just to send him a check in the mail for the price of the fan belt,I told my husband God sent us a angel. “I appreciate L&M for their honesty and fast work. I had an oil change done at a drive thru service and then my Jeep started over heating. I called L&M and they got me in right away. They could have charged me thousands and replaced thermostats and water pump but they didn't. Instead they figured out there was air in my radiator from the fluids being checked while they were too hot. They took care of the problem and only charged me the hourly fee. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great work L&M ?”

“They have done good work at a fair price. Unfortunately, when I recently had new tires put on,(Cleveland Tire) they showed me a lug nut that was cross threaded when it was last put on. J Pro was the last one to have my RF wheel off when they did my brakes. The stud did break when the lug nut came off. I called and talked to Anthony at J Pro. He said they would replace that stud at no charge and apologized. I will be bringing my car back there soon to have that done. J Pro did exactly what they said they would do, I brought my car to them and they replaced the RF stud that had broken. Mistakes do happen but its how the mistakes get handled after they happen.
