2 lines only one worker at drive through window, slowest pharmacy ever. So slow my son changed pharmacy's. We are now also looking for another pharmacy. Do not expect fast service at this pharmacy.

I went to buy a SD card for my Roku Camera. I had no clue what to get. Nathan and Lillian helped me and got it up and running again. Fast, friendly service with top notch customer care! Keep up the good work Elizabethton Walgreens ??

Drive Thru is ridiculous...easily a 30 to 45 minute wait. Friendly staff...mostly. Clean store.
