Shorted me my prescription and then when I called to let them know they watched the video and called me back and said they were putting aside for me. When I went back up there nobody knew anything about it and told me I could come back later that day to speak with who said to come pick up the rest of my prescription!! They didn’t even give me a time or anything, needless to say, still haven’t received the rest of my prescription they shorted me on

I feel sorry for the employees because they get the brunt of the complaints caused by the corporate way of doing business. There is always at least a two hour wait for prescription and they never ready when promised.

I'm currently boycotting all Walgreens. The service is horrific, many of the employees that I've had interactions with have been embarrassingly rude to me for no just cause. There is always an issue every time I have went there and never plan on going back again

Been sitting in line here for a little over an hour just to be told they're out of stock again. They tell us everyday that they will have it the next day, then they don't. My mom really needs this medication.?

If I could review without giving a star I would. This pharmacy absolutely sux. Meds called in an hour and a half before I got there Then I was told it would be another 30 minutes to an hour before it was ready. 1st and last visit

We have had to drive here twice from Bristol once because we got discharged at midnight from the hospital at midnight and they were the only one open and today because we had the window shut on us at a location in Bristol after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Both times we’ve had the best experience at this location and are thankful they are open 24 hours for times when we can’t wait until the morning!

I stopped by the Elizabethton location to pick up a prescription last night that had been ordered several hours earlier by mom's doctor. It should have been filled already. I was told it would take 20 mins to fill. I drove around the building parked and returned. The nightshift pharmacist came to the drive thru window and stated the meds would need to be ordered and the tech was new and didn't know this information. Not my problem your staff isn't properly trained. I wasn't

Great, very helpful service. I didn't care for the 20+ minutes wait with only one other customer waiting. Standard for these large pharmacy chains.
