This IS NOT A VERIZON STORE , it is a "Verizon authorized store" so anything they do is not taken seriously or followed through with and any misteps are not on a Verizon employee cause they are not a Verizon store.. usually these authorized branches are owned and operated by same company that owns gamestop or similar stores.
Any payment made to Verizon at these authorized stores is delayed or takes longer to post to Verizon as it goes through other hands then Verizon.
This I found out the hard way when I went to a Verizon Authorized store and made a payment and Verizon shut off my service and it cost me alot because I kept going to the Verizon Authorized store near me instead of driving 75 miles to an actual Verizon store to make the payments and after a dozen times I found out why my payments didnt post to verizon prior to service shut off which costed me each time penaltoes, reconnect per line, etc..

JB is friendly, very helpful and professional. He helped my husband & I with an iPhone upgrade a couple years ago and helped my granddaughter upgrade to an iPhone this week. Great service & great store!

I walked in asking about an email offer i got. He told me the email was accurate and the offer would upgrade one of my lines to a iphone 15 pro max for $15 a month and another line to a iphone 15 basic for $10 a month. I said thats what i want. He then told me he could do a better deal. He told me he could get me the 2 phones deals and add insurance to all phones on my account for $23 more a month. He completely changed my plan and now i have lost my hotspot on all my phone lines, the phone that was supposed to be $10 a month is $25 a month, the insurance on all phone lines is costing me $60 a month so my phone bill that was supposed to go up $23 a month has gone up $85 a month. When i went in to find out what was going on they told me the new plan was saving me $48 a month then they basically blew me off telling me only that sales person knows what deal they gave me but they cant tell me when he will be working again. They said he will call me. Also he added in $60 in accessories that i didnt even know about until i got home and saw them and then i looked at my receipt. I would not recommend this place at all. Go to a actual verizon company store or call Verizon direct. Do not use this third party authorized dealer. Went in and they changed my plan without my knowledge, took things away from my plan without my knowledge, tried to sneak on accessories to my bill without me knowing it and flat out lied to me about what i was getting.

I have had a prepaid phone service for close to 20 yrs and was so afraid to switch to a plan bc I was afraid the cost would be outrageous. Boy was I surprised when the Verizon associate / salesperson went above and beyond to set everything up perfectly. I have never dealt with anyone in a sales position that was as courteous, friendly and professional at the same time. He was patient and knowledgeable about the services and products. He didn't try to force a sale on me or my friend. He went over everything and made some helpful suggestions. I am glad I took a chance and went in that day. The office was clean and near. As other clients entered the office they were greeted and advised as to how long it might be before someone would be able to assist them. Very professional and they treated the clients with respect.

A nice young man named zach helped me set up my watch. I was experiencing sone issues with someone hacking my email i lost a bunch of money due to the hacking he reset my password and helped me link a new number also going through my apps getting rid of all my.junk apps, i highily recommend him, he was great!

Garrett was truly awesome, he explained everything out, & even wrote it out for me to explain it even better. H set my iPhone 14 & iPad up before I left, truly a great guy. I definitely recommend him if you are switching to Verizon. You rock Garrett!

On October 17th 2023 I somehow got locked out of my Brand new Google Pixel 8 pro. Yes I know it's embarrassing ?, but stay with me. I was going to drive to nearest spectrum store to me in Johnson City Tennessee. Because it is on the spectrum mobile network. But as I drove through Elizabethton on my way to Johnson City. I saw a Verizon store ( cellular sales) store. I immediately drove to it. Because I've always had excellent experiences at Verizon stores. I walked into the store at 5pm and was pleasantly greeted by Travis. I explained my situation to him. He listened patiently as I rambled on about what I did. He calmly and cooly tried a few things. On the final attempt at 520pm he came up with a plan to fix my situation. It worked perfectly!!!! My pixel pro 8 was no longer a brick, but a working phone. Mind you it WASNT a Verizon phone. He just as well could have said sorry can't help ya. But he was amazing and I can't say enough about Travis!!!!!! He's everything that a professional should be. Thanks again my friend, Frank E. Butler Tennessee.
