We had an incredible experience at Sleep Solutions! Justin provided us with honest information about mattress options and helped us pick the right fit for us based on our wishes and budget. The quality of service didn't stop there, though; Cory and Lucas delivered our new mattress in a timely fashion, contacting us when they were on the way to our home. They were so kind and respectful of our space, paying attention to detail as they set up our new adjustable bases and mattress. We will certainly return to Sleep Solutions for all future mattress needs!

Justin and Terri were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Justin was very knowledgeable about every mattress and was not pushey at all. He was very patient and explained everything very well. I will recommend them to others and definitely go back for future purchases. Thanks so much for a great experience!!

Bought some terrific sheets from this store. The salesman, Adrian, was knowledgeable, kind and refreshingly not pushy. All Elizabethton and surrounding areas need to stop here for your mattress purchases instead of heading to Johnson City. They have all the brands and also mattresses you can buy, throw in your truck, and take them home the same day. It’s beside Greg’s Pizza and everyone knows where that is! The store is extra clean and nice, not like some I’ve seen in other areas.
