Excellent service and staff. Was greeted with kindness as soon as I entered. Went looking for a mattress and found the perfect one. The service member was very helpful and knowledgeable on the mattresses they had in stock. Bought one and got same day delivery as well as the disposal of the old mattress. 10/10 experience here. Will definitely be returning in the future for other home needs.

I've been a costomer for years. They always have great service, friendly staff and good quality merchandise. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ever purchased from Richies. I'll definitely use them any time I'm in the market for house hold furnishings.

The team at Ritchie’s are knowledgeable, and very friendly. My refrigerator unfortunately went out 6 days before Christmas. The big box stores were no help. I gave Ritchie’s a call and to my surprise had several different refrigerators in stock and could also deliver it the same day for a very reasonable cost. It’s safe to say I will be going back for all my appliance and furniture needs.

I bought furniture. My home burned. Had Insurance on my furniture. Because of the fire I was late on my payment. Went back to buy more and was flat turned down.

Had bad experience with a washer at a place in Elizabethton, couldnt send a repair person for 3 weeks, etc wouldn’t switch out for another washer even though I had extended warranty, went to Ritchie’s was treated so well, I bought a washer from them and a new stove. Free delivery and it was brought the next day. They took my other ones and put on my porch out of my way.I will forever be a customer at Ritchie’s Furniture!!

Unbelievable service and people here. I was blown away with how kind and thoughtful everyone was here. Amazing selection, quality products, and fair prices. This has 100% gone away everywhere else we shopped. From the 1st phone call to how we were greeted at the store. Same day delivery of a refrigerator, bed, and dining room table. Unheard of anymore.
