always friendly, polite and always knows my name. I'm not a big wheel or anything close but whenever I go in there seems like they are there just for me. They aren't people that I bank with they're my friends.

CLOSED ON SATURDAYS! Are you kidding me!?MOST PEOPLE WORK M-F AND EVERYTHINGNIA CLOSED ON SUNDAY!WE OBVIOUSTLY NEED SATURDAY OPEN!There app is also trash! Not letting me transfer funds bc it does register my VALID routine number with my other bank.Also won't let me use Zelle bc my number is already there? That's all it says and doesn't give any option to send moneyLiterally STRANDED WITH MY KIDS RIGHT NOW BC I NEEDED A DEBIT CARD HERE NOW AND I CANT TRANSFRR OR SEND ANY OF MY FUNDS!Leaving!

Horrible place. Told lies to get me to pay off a debt and paid in full now they reset the 7 year deleting process. Now I had to get a credit lawyer and a civil lawyer and the BBB to get this taken off. If you owe them money don't pay it back. Will be holding protest with few esu students over bad buisness practices in a few weeks.

Hey, if you're into wholly unsatisfying customer service and not getting access to your own funds, this is the bank for you!. I opened an account with three separate checks from two large well-established corporations and on major US banks. I was told there would be a hold of a few days. OK, this is the age of supposedly instant electronic banking, but it seems no bank can figure out if a check from another bank is good for a few days. Fine. A week later, I tried to get a whopping $100 more than the $200 they're legally required to give access for. I was told the hold was still on and would last another 3 days. Why? Are the horses slow getting back from the other banks? Are they waiting for the papyrus scrolls about it to be written? Is a caveman in back still banging it on a wall? What the **** takes over ten days, one might ask? Your guess is as good as mine, because I talked to three people, including the branch manager, and the only answer I got was basically "That's the way it is. No, not a finger we can lift here." Apparently, these check holds aren't something that machines controlled by people are doing -- they are fundamental, unalterable laws of existence tossed down from Olympus by Zeus himself. Figuring dealing with any business is like dating -- If the first impression is bad, it does not tend to get better over time -- I asked to close my account. Nope, can't do that for three more days, either. There's a bunch of banks around here, but if you're bored by simply being able to put your funds in and get them back out, if you're looking for a little excitement and suspense with that, then sign up and let the fun begin!

I love regions bank convient to other business and you get REWARDS.. I love you Regions🦠and I love the lovely ladies and what few gentleman I've met, they are very caring helpful and COURTEOUS, and DONT CARE LIKE ME that I just got out of Federal prison.. Thats why I love regions.. . They do have a beautiful 🧡💚s inside n out!!
