Austin is awesome! We was broke and had enough for one pk of cigs and some gas before doordashing. She left her cigs and he made sure to run them out and so we didn't leave them. Thanks Austin. You went beyond customer service duties. He's a keeper quick mart

The attendant at the cash register was very unfriendly. She tried to take my girlfriends card out of the chip reader and keep it. She is messed up on something. She needs to have a course on how to work the register and how to communicate with customers or just be fired date Sunday may 28th at 11:30 pm

Not the cheapest in town when it comes to gas, but super friendly staff.Helped me when I first moved here looking for locations I haven't visited yet. And even recommended some places as well.Also when their was a gas shortage they were the only place that had gas. Wasn't marked up either.

Stopped here on way home from work cause my gas light was on and when I got to the door it was locked and a sign that read we will close between 3 -3:30 every night it was 3:26 so I went n sat in my vehicle n waited n waited and waited almost an hour now and this door has still not been unlocked and I've still yet to see one employee anywhere I've called the store phone number 20 times and guess what to my surprise still no answer imagine that this is horrible service if I could make it to another place to get gas I already would have I will never stop here or spend money here again

The staff are rude, and a bunch of thieves. The clerk took my wife's winning lottery ticket and then when she called her out on it, she told her to get out and that she wasn't welcome there anymore. This was the Quick Stop Market at 2404 W. Elk Avenue in Elizabethton, TN. She had snatched the ticket out of my wife's hand to begin with and acted like she was pissed off because she had won and then denied that she had even given her a lottery ticket. Don't waste your time where they employ thieves and liars.

ALWAYS GET DOUBLE CHARGED HERE!! Very aggravating and time consuming process with bank not to mention takes me negative.. plus they're really unprofessional.. actually told the bags needed to be saved for beer once and I had 3 6 packs of drinks. Avoid this place but if you must go, pay cash!!

Be careful here I used to work at this location and I have found food on the shelves COVERED in mold they used to sell nacho a few moths back and then a couple days ago the Nachos were back only one prob STILL THE SAME CHIPS FROM MONTHS AGO the crew is lazy and the manager is completely unprofessional WORST JOB IVE EVER HAD

Terrible customer service. Me and my boyfriend was just calles crack heads and kicked out of the store, then she took our license plate and my told us to never come back. Before this woman started all of this nononsense. She let me purchased a pack of L&M s while my boyfriend was getting a drink. Needless to say he did not get a drink.the woman working at 1:30 am between the days of sep.9 and sep.10 2016 needs to be fired
