This place needs to learn to keep their damn phone on the hook. It’s extremely unprofessional to have a business on google with a phone number and they take it off the hook to not have to answer calls. Imagine how much money they loose because they cannot be reached by serious customers.

I called Pro Sound Car Audio and asked if they could run wire for my Electric Wheelchair Lift and Randy told me what time to be there and soon as I got there he pulled my vehicle in and Randy went to work on running the wire, Thanks to Richard and Randy for the awesome job they did and thanks for your kindness ?

Excellent shop, Richard helped me right off the bat get in and get the sound I was looking for in my old truck. Was even willing to come out in the rain, great guys great shop, Fair and honest. Recommended to everyone ??

While they haven't done any stereo related work for me personally. I had a flat other day and the gentleman that works there stopped and was a tremendous help. Ended up not changing tire on the side of the road. Made it home. Will definitely use them for stereo from now on. Made a customer for life. Thanks

Visited 3 days in a row to get a price on vinyl for a boat and marine audio upgrades. No one would even acknowledge that I was standing there. Went somewhere else and the service was great. Really disappointed honestly.
