They have a huge variety of dog and cat supplies. I can also get mice for my python and food for my cockatiel. They don't have huge options for the birds and reptiles but they have what you need

Grooming department is terrible. Multiple times I’ve scheduled appointments online, only to have them moved or outright canceled. Why am I allowed to book in the first place? This has been going on for over a year and I’m finally just done with them.

The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jess helped me find a specific brand of senior cat food for my grumpy old guy. She was super pleasant and fun to talk to! I will definitely be back!

Cathy the store manager was just inherently passive aggressive and rude during my whole return. Partial refund after I’ve been assured of full return. They put used products back on shelf used and treat customers like they would like to pull a fast one instead of like they value their business. Will never be back.

Grooming Store DisappointmentUserTook my poddle their for a grooming and was turned away, claiming she had knots. Miss Bells was scheduled 5 full 2.5 hour grooming appointment. My mini pooodle all of 9 pounds had needed a bit of brushing, but never a problem there on past appointments was turned away we she meet a groomer we have not meet before. Our refular groomer since left to pursue her own shop. If you have left recently this store fromt,Review:I recently had a rather disheartening experience at a pet grooming store that I feel compelled to share. I had scheduled a full 2.5-hour grooming appointment for my beloved mini Poodle, Miss Bells, who weighs a mere 9 pounds. We have been regular customers at this store for quite some time, and in the past, grooming sessions had never posed any issues.However, on this particular occasion, when we arrived, we were met by a groomer we had not previously encountered. I was hopeful that the experience would be as positive as it had been in the past, but unfortunately, that was not the case. To my surprise, we were turned away under the pretext that Miss Bells had knots in her fur.While I acknowledge that Miss Bells may have needed a bit of brushing, I found it perplexing that this seemingly minor issue had never been a problem during our previous appointments. Moreover, the fact that we had specifically booked a lengthy grooming session indicated our commitment to ensuring our pet's well-being and appearance.It is worth noting that our regular groomer, who we had grown to trust and appreciate, had left the store to pursue her own business venture. This change in personnel may have contributed to the overall disappointment we experienced during this visit. If any former employees of this store, who left recently to establish their own shop, happen to come across this review, I kindly request that they reach out to me.It is important for pet owners to feel confident and assured when entrusting their furry companions to a grooming establishment. While I understand that businesses evolve and change, it is crucial for them to maintain the same level of care and professionalism that originally earned their customers' loyalty. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our recent visit.I hope that the management of the store takes these concerns into consideration and works towards improving the overall experience for their customers. After all, the well-being and happiness of our beloved pets should always be a top priority.Please note that this review is simply an account of my personal experience and does not intend to defame or harm the reputation of any individual or establishment.

Thanks to Petsense, I adopted my sweet girl, Misty. She helped me through the loss of my baby and brought joy to my life again. Adoption fee was only 25, which is very cheap since the cats are fixed and vetted. Staff was very kind, especially Cathy. Prices are reasonable as well.Pictures are of Misty.

Great experience! Staff was very helpful. They have a large selection of toys and items for XS <5lb dogs. They also have the best prices I've found in the tri-cities on Dubia roaches. Even better that I can now use my Tractor Supply Credit Card!
