Good selection of dog food and toys. Girls up front are nice. Man in the back taught me how to maintain my dog better after he groomed it. Will be back.

I took my dog to be groomed here for the first time, and we were absolutely pleased. He's a labradoodle with wiry hair, and it is hard to find someone to cut his fur in the right shape and length. Ms. Lisa is the best, hands down. My dog loves her, and he's a nervous type. She made him look great on the outside and feel great on the inside. Every staff member we interacted with was very helpful and super friendly. We'll be back again and again for sure!

Love coming here for all my dog’s needs. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The store has a wide variety of animal products to meet anyone’s needs. The groomers are also amazing. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

Horrible groomer. Stay clear. He's rude obnoxious, and straight up shouldn't be dealing with the public. I had appt. Had my dogs shot record and rabies info with tag. ! That I received from Tractor supply's vet. (Which was awesome by the way) but i was Still given the run around. He said I had to call some number and said I wasn't confirmed in schedule. Which I was !! I've never been to a groomer that was so hard to get into but I'm glad I didn't. After investigating more I learned this guy was a horrible groomer. If he treated me like that. How's you gonna treat your pet that can't speak to tell it. Tyler is his name. Beware pet owners. He's a joke!

I absolutely love going here for all my cat’s needs! They always are super helpful, and genuinely care about my sweet fur babies. I’ve been to plenty other local pet places and I always come back to Pet Sense of Elizabethton. I’m a nurse, and the compassion they show for my cats is the same I show for my patients, and that speaks volumes. Would never go anywhere else again for any animal needs!!

Tyler always does a great job grooming our dog, Ellie! She can be a little difficult with nail trims, but he is super patient with her.

I had such a great experience getting my dog Henry groomed here! Check in was super smooth and easy, Henry was so calm and happy around Tyler and the groom itself looks so good. Henry isn't the easiest pup to groom and bathe and Tyler was amazing with him. I will definitely continue to come here to get him groomed! I'll definitely be sending others here. Thank you guys!

Brought my dog to get groomed and Tyler did an amazing job with him! He was extremely patient with Taz who has been kicked out of 2 salons now. He was very kind and extremely knowledgeable, will be back again.

Very dissatisfied with the care of the animals. The cages stunk, there were sick and dying fish in the tanks that were being eaten on by the others. I mean the cages stunk like they hadn't been cleaned in a couple days and there were at least 3 dead fish in each tank and at least 2 sick in each tank. Just another reason no one wants box stores to have animals. The snakes and spiders were probably in the best shape, I do recommend a sign be put up for the snakes that are shedding. A couple of the lizards had fecal matter in there water dishes, I know you can't help that but regular checks can keep disease away.
