The guys here have always been helpful. Get a really good deal with the 50usd sim card with unlimited data which I use for a month's trip in the US.

Wonderful helpful staff. Assisted me in getting my disabled brother a new phone. He forgot his password and they worked with us for the longest time to get into his account.

I've been trying to go in to a store for a month, but where I work long days I drive an hour or more from work each day I looked to stop into the Elizabethton location, seeing that's where I live, and it's been closed for over a month and with no explanation! It's a huge inconvenience to have to drive to Johnson City and back all to upgrade.

Got a brand new phone. The exact one I wanted at a great price with cell service included. The guy working was great I didn't get his name but he was awesome

The "manager" at this store lies! She is not good at providing any sort of support, instead, she will try to talk you into anything to pad her paycheck, like activation fees, etc. I will drive to Johnson City for good customer service and for honesty.
