Bought 8 80 pound bags of concrete and asked for help loading. Instead of using a pallet and forklift, they loaded by hand and the associate in the blue vest tossed them in carelessly breaking the bags while the other associate placed them in carefully.

Everyone has always been nice and helpful at this location, but I'm VERY disappointed that all the checkout lanes have been converted to self checkouts. Like, can I get an employee discount now?

Wait in the store to pick up an order for an hour to have them say they can't find it. Everyone was rude and acted as though it was my fault they couldn't find it. Leave when they say they'll call you once it's located. The last order for the same product they ordered the wrong pieces. We made it work for time sake and yet delayed again with them misplacing this order. Have called to check again. They answer the phone saying customers service then immediately put you on hold. No refund offered. No re order with rush delivery. Nothing. Meanwhile the job isn't finished and time spent getting Everyone together and sent to the job is just wasted because of lowes and their associates. They should be paying my payroll and offering the item for free at this point. My business is going elsewhere.

I am always impressed with this Lowe's store. The staff are always very helpful and willing to go out of their way to serve the customer. I was having a difficult time locating an item that the app says they had plenty in stock and asked an employee where it was and after some searching he found it and then went out of his way to find a cart and help load it. Thank you Lowe's Elizabethton for serving well once again.

The way Lowe's cuts it's employee's hours to maximize bonuses and investor payouts is despicable! Every regular employee DEPENDS on their work hours to feed their families!
And Lowe's is hiring??? They already burn their employees out of the opportunity to provide any sort of sustainable scheduling for financial stability. Are the corporate demons running Lowe's not happy with the amount of misery they're already inflicting on employees?
Shame on Lowe's! Until the corporation recognizes the needs of the common employee, they deserve to be BOYCOTTED!!!
Please, if you appreciate that Lowe's employee who helps make your visit a good experience, shop for your merchandise elsewhere, and let Lowe's know why.
