Power went out the other day and it came back on. I guess they had to close the store but you could see them in there working but they never put a sign on the door say they're closed. They just walked by and waved to the people standing outside think they were open. Next time I'll just go to Johnson City.

Harbor freight has cemented itself as the go to, get it now at a reasonable price destination. Good quality tools and friendly, helpful staff.

Sat afternoon at HFLike 3 different !pairs! of employees all standing around talking in like 3 different areas of the building, "leaning" & talking1 very nice gentleman at the front register (#2) checking out the entire store, yes there was a line, by himselfI ask a lady talking to a man 5ft from a register if it was open and she turned to me, then looked at the #2 register and said "no, that's the only register open"Really?A total of 6-8 employees in the building, because I'm sure the manager was in the office, and maybe someone in the back, and we have only 1 register open?Come on Harbor Freight!Not to mention it's rude to the customers AND that SINGLE employee who was doing all the work!

There is a lot of stuff packed into this small store. I went in for a specific item. One of the employees found it for me right away. The prices are really great, and the employees were really nice.
