I have been shopping here since it opened. Love the store, BUT you have got to get help. I went last week at 1pm. 2 checkouts open 15 people in line. Went to self checkout. Shocker 15 items or less at all self checkout. Im not paying food prices and waiting 30 minutes to checkout. More places to buy groceries. My time is valuable also. You have to change!

I just wanted some cheese sliced, but no one would even come over, so I asked. They said we were closed, but I saw them slicing meat as I walked up. No baggers, and most of the stock is just food club. Knot much choice. I have shopped at the Elizabethton store for years, and it has declined lately, I am moving to Ingles.

I only ever shop here because it's is a convenient location. I wish they would just put a Publix in Elizabethton already. This food city ALWAYS smells bad. I got some slices meat from the Deli, and it was way thicker than I asked for, just threw it away. I will only buy sealed products from here, nothing from the deli, meat, bakery, or seafood.

Went to FC other day in parking lot boy bringing in carts ran in front of me almost hit him he was going to fast then he wanted to pick a fight with me Food City is bad for a lot of reasons in Elizabethton.
