I am sure the service is good for personal use if you want to pay the price. ? We used it were I worked ALL the time with excellent results. But we had a corporate account which helped with rates, etc.For personal use, it is SOOO expensive!!! We decided to use USPS standard 2 day insured delivery and it got there on time, in perfect shape and 1/3 the cost.So, the one star is for how expensive the service is. Their service itself, in my past experience with the company was always great... But that was in NC come to think of it!!I don't know if that makes a difference...?

I've never had a problem with FedEx they're always on time and always polite or at least my driver is. I can't promise you'll have the same experience but mine was always pleasant
