Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, condescending the list goes on, and these people are an absolute joke. I will take the extra drive time and go to Greenville. Tried (three time in two hours) calling ahead and never got an answer so I drove over, only to be told they were too busy and had to leave (no one in the building) wouldn't even give them a one star if I had the option.

Came in around 11-ish, the wait wasn't long and the lady was nice. Both me and my husband were in and out by the end of the hour!

First time ever visiting a dmv with no wait. It was honestly amazing. The ladies working were very nice and helpful. I needed to transfer my license and register my car here. Transferring my license was quick and easy but I was surprised to learn that they don't register your cars at the DMV. But they did help me by telling me that part is done at the local courthouse clearks office just down the street. Very nice visit to the DMV.

The distract Manger Thomas there is rude and lies. You do not need abstract form for a I.D. and they are part of home land security. They were turned in to them. I advice anyone needing anything go to Greenville to get help. Carter county dmv can't do there job at all.

Young man was polite and kind...but woman supervisor was rude and a ubuisive as soon as the young man explained that I had issues with my sight(turn out that I had cataracts and was unaware.....supervisor was rude and cured

Would not recommend if you have any visual disabilities. They will not work with you and will not test you. Didn’t even have enough curiosity to help me understand what I could do to get around the situation. Was not satisfied.

Busy place and short on staff or just extremely slow. But if you need a license and go here, the place is usually packed. I was there Friday and couldn’t get in so many people were there.
