The pharmacist Melva McKusky is disrespectful to Veterans. She is rude to the other employees and the general public as well. She over-reacts whenever her authority is challenged, or she is asked to do something she does not know how to do, like work with the VA Community Care program. However, the Veteran has nothing to do with the bureaucracy and should not be disrespected, or treated badly, just because she needs to make a telephone call to the VA to figure out how to do her job. She also yells at people from behind her high counter which she sits on like a throne and seems to relish her ability to lord over others. There is no excuse for such behavior from a so-called professional. People in Elizabethton should take their prescriptions somewhere else, like local, family-owned pharmacies to show CVS that they cannot treat people-especially disabled veterans - the way this awful pharmacist Melva McKlusky does.

Over priced to begin with but my loyaltykept me as a customer. Stuffy atmosphere. Limited selections now. The newer staff are super rude. I will gladly go to a different pharmacy, after having been a customer for 20 years.

They had an issue with some medicine where it changed and the doctor had not informed us of this change. We don't take strange medicine without the doctor's permission. We tried explaining that to the pharmacist and they were VERY rude. Put a paper and mashed it against the window treating me like I am d**** You don't treat people that way EVER. I was just going by what the doctor said. NOT them. I WILL never ever be back at this pharmacy and I hope others don't either.

As I was headed to the next stop, I suddenly realized that I had no cash. This CVS has an ATM in my network, so I stopped in and made a quick withdrawal. And then, since I'm here, might as well get a bottle of water for the road. The store is clean, tidy and organized like every other CVS. No complaints. A-OK. There is a professional pharmacy staff on hand willing to help you with what you need but as far as the prices throughout the store there to high.

One of the pharmacists today was literally hanging out of the window and yelling at cars about another patient. This mother, who was sick, was waiting to pick up her prescription for herself and her children in her car. It was the saddest, most embarrassing display of “professionalism.†I will not be using this pharmacy, ever.

This is the most ignorant and asinine pharmacy that has ever existed. I hope to write a letter to the head hog soon. I've took over 1k a month from them locally because they all walk around clueless with an attitude. No.
