Our power recliner broke after a few months and the warranty company that Cannon is using Montage is almost useless have talked to them,then Cannon and carolina furniture to get it fixed .I have been waiting for 4 months just got the parts and had to start all over to get a technician out so maybe sometime in the next couple of weeks.

Great family owned store. Chris, the owner, has a beautiful store with excellent selection of home furnishings. Personal attention to service as needed. We thoroughly enjoy shopping here.

Found 2 end tables we wanted to purchase which had price tags on them each for $199.99. We found the sales representative ( owner) to purchase and asked if that was the final sales price. She tore the tags off each table and went downstairs to see if there is an addtl discount (as there was a sale going on) and returned to us with a revised price of $209.00. We loved the tables and needed to measure our space first. We wanted the tables so we went back the next day and purchased anyway. My opinion, this was poor business practiced call bait an switch.

Not at all friendly. Poor selection. My husband was in a wheelchair with a cast to his knee. A young lady sat at a dining table display and watched us struggle with the door. She did not move or make any effort to assist. Once inside someone else employed at Cannons ask if we needed to see lift chairs! They need some good manners training, a lesson in customer service, and perhaps need to use a wheelchair for a day to understand how difficult it can be out in the world. We we looking forward to visiting Cannons because they are locally and family owned. Oh, BTW your store doesn't meet ADA regulations.

I have received excellent customer service from Cannon’s in the past. However I was there last Saturday with two employees sitting at desks and neither of them offered to help me. Both sat at their computers the entire time we were in the store. There was only one other customer in the store at the time. I called on Saturday and again today with no real explanation for the lack of customer service. I was only asked not to post a negative review about my experience.

I have bought furniture and appliances from Cannon's for many years and they never disappoint. They always have a great selection and quick delivery and set up. I would never think about buying from anyone else!

I love Cannon’s! Most of my home furniture was purchased from Cannon’s as well as several pieces in my business. They are very reasonably priced and always have a great selection!
