I cannot remember her name, but the short girl with the cool nose piercings has the most AMAZING customer service. My mother in law is not the most affluent when it comes to technology, so to have that awesome representative go above and beyond to help us with everything was such a great change of pace from what you'd normally experience at another retail location.

10/10 Don't recommend!!I recently switched and Boost's reception is horrible, the employees lie to make commission sales, and they tack on tons of fees when purchasing. An expected $150 instantly became $400! Not to mention the customer service. If you get lucky and the sales rep working isn't high, they probably still have no idea what they're trying to sell you!! I should have stayed with MetroPCS!!!

It's the only place where my husband and I can get phones that actually work way up the creek..(where we live)So we are forced to use Boost.Sometimes it's a hit and miss with whoever is working there at the time..I have had a few really good experiences and this last time it wasn't the best...because the guy who was working there lied to me and to my husband...So I was already not going to put too much faith in him...They will usually try to help you out with getting a new phone...and for the most part they aren't too pushy with your phone choices...I would really prefer that we could get our phone service from another place, but until then we will have to use Boost...Both my husband had I are due for upgrades on our phones, so hopefully we will be able to have a good experience...And be able to get the phones that we want! :)
