First off Elmer was great, thanks Elmer!!.........BUT.........storage auction buyers....BEWARE...worst experience ive ever had on buying a storage unit at auction. Bought a unit 6/24/24..called immediately after winning the auction to pay for unit. The lady gave me gate code and unit lock code. Drove all the way up there monday night, 1 hour from where i live, and combination that she gave me was wrong for unit,no after hour number to call for help, so had to drive all the way home empty handed, called next morning and got the right combination for the lock, drove back up there tuesday night with a 16 ft moving truck and loaded truck full, still had stuff left in unit so i planned to drive back up wendsday to finish. Went up wendsay night to find that they cut my lock off and put a new lock on unit so i had to drive all the way back empty handed again, keep in mind i had 72 hours to clean unit. So had to drive back up Thursday morning to finish cleaning it out and lost a whole day at work. $100 in gas for moving truck. I'm not the one to complain but this was ridiculous!!!! Worst yet, fell on there gravel while loading and hurt my arm pretty bad, wouldn't have happened if I was able to load it last night while I had the moving truck.

The lady that assisted me, Ivy Loayan, was wonderful to talk to! I originally rented a smaller unit than I needed, but getting transferred to a larger unit was quick and painless!

Drive Away and never even look back! I rented a storage unit from this facility because it was not far from my home. At first glance it looked like a good facility and the company I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. When I arrived, the gate I was supposed to put my security code in was open and not operable. I called the rental company and informed them of this and was told they had knowledge of the situation and it was being handled. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I drove in and located my building. Having a friend with me I felt as safe as I could in the situation. We located the unit and unloaded my things and secured it with the lock then drove out. The next time I went, (2 months later), the gate was still not repaired so I again informed the rental company and received the same answer as the first time. Months went by and long story short, to date it is not repaired and all of my belongings were stolen. So, if I could give them no stars, that is exactly what they deserve. And I learned an extremely valuable lesson.

Ok so I've moved my stuff off your property months ago and this place has kept on charging me for a parking spot which was paid for one month and I only use the spot for that amount of time .I'm in process of advising legal counsel to situation because my bill is $245 for something I'm not even using any more .
