The pharmacists there are rude impatient, and run you through the drive-through like you're just another number and not a person they've given me medication's that I've been allergic to twice it's on my profile that I'm allergic to these medication's. I've told them every time and yet I've still got the medication's that have the ingredients that I'm allergic to. It's like they don't care what they're doing and they think that they're better than you and they talk down to you. I was told that my medication's would be ready and it would be a certain medication and whenever I came to pick it up, they sent me with the wrong one and then when I get rude with me whenever I show back up to return the medication. It's like they get off on being rude to people!!! They're literally so NASTY when they talk (down) to you! Praying for these kids... hope they feel "Real BIG" behind that counter!!! I'll NEVER have mine or my children's future medicine sent here!!!

The employees are extremely rude they never have my prescription in stock even though I call 2 to 3 days ahead of time every time I have to fill my medication's it's always a problem if there was another pharmacy open I would use them at one point I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist had walked out and quit at 8 o'clock in the evening you really need to fix the store

My prescription is supposed to be filled every 30 days. My doctor gives me 4 months of scripts in advance, so I write the day/ month on each to remind me of the day to go. I missed my prescription last month. So I brought my script that I had written "10/10" on (the last time I filled it was 8/10). The pharmacist said that my doctor would need to call to confirm the that it was okay to fill because the date was written on it. I told the pharmacist that they could look at the script and see that it was every 30 days, and look at my record and see that it hadn't been filled in 2 months. They refused to. I asked for my script back so I could take it to the usual Walgreens I go to since this one was out of my way. They gave it back to me with highlighter all over it that said "per doctor CANNOT fill until 10/10 per Jennifer at store #60" and highlighted it. Again... I wrote the date so that I remember the day to go and get my prescription... and explained this to them. When I brought it to the Walgreens by my house now even with my doctor calling and saying "I don't care when she fills it as long as it's been 30 days" they won't fill my prescription because this store wrote all over it and highlighted it. So now I have to drive to my doctors, pay my copay, basically just for her to write me a new script without this places handwriting and highlighter all over it.
