Do NOT order in-app and pick up inside. None of the incredibly rude employees will acknowledge you until you grab your food bag from the counter, at which point you'll be subject to an interrogation about whether it even is YOUR food. Showing the phone with the name MATCHING THE ONE ON THE BAG was apparently not good enough. They even have a pick-up shelf that specifically says "online order pick-up", but refuse to use it. The whole point is that I don't have to interact with anyone. Manager stood by and watched the whole interaction. Go literally anywhere else.

Talk about a bad manager this store has them. Talk to me like I was a dog. Some one named Laura then called store manager for her to hang up on me. Ok called distance maybe y'all need a few weeks break. Big shout out to the manager at gunbarrel you are a star!!!

Our cashier, Destiny, a delightful young lady, displayed kindness towards us, particularly our children. She conducted herself with sweetness, politeness, and professionalism—Our visit took a distressing turn when the manager on duty, Joy, began berating Destiny in a manner akin to a drill sergeant, right in front of a queue of waiting customers. This public display of aggression was not only shocking but also highly unprofessional.To compound matters, the incomplete order exacerbated the inconvenience for everyone in the lobby, as we were compelled to wait an additional 20 minutes. Our concerns over the blatant mistreatment of an employee further delayed the completion of our orders.While my wife had forewarned me about potential issues with their service, we were relieved to find no discrepancies in our food. The only problem we encountered was the food, which had already been prepared, left sitting on the side for the entire duration of our extended wait.We would not recommend this location to anyone as long as this manger is in charge of this store.Destiny deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The Weaver from Atlanta ♥️Kid-friendliness: Our children have always loved eating at Wendy's where they never fall to find something they can enjoy!

Went in at 845, was promptly told dining room closed at 9, pretty much grab your food and get out before then lol, this is really a drive though store , lobby always nasty, will choose another store from now on, no matter what time it

Stopped to feed the family on the way to vacation. Had the bacon king I believe it was. With in a few hours was sick as a dog for three days.

Order Dave's single online and the burger was cold, not even lukewarm. I have had issues before so I won't be going back.
