Bought a 2gram disposable and it stopped working after 2 days. They wouldn’t allow me to exchange it they said the best they could do is give me 30% off. Terrible customer service.

Let me preface this by saying that my rating is based on product and not on the staff or appearance of this particular shop.Their Delta 8 cartridges are almost always missing product.The amount will vary from cartridges to cartridge and ranges from a small amount to a LOT.I contacted the company and they played the typical retail game.They feigned concern,promised to look into the issue and then came back with a scripted reply.In this case they said that the cartridges were filled correctly and that what I was seeing was a normal "settling" of the product.In the same email they told me that they had a policy in place where the partially filled cartridges would be discounted at the time of purchase.I found it strange that they had a mechanism in place to address a problem that they had just told me didn't exist.So....if you purchase a cartridge you are responsible for checking to see if it's filled correctly and then informing the salesperson who will come up with some arbitrary discount.It's a ridiculous and preventable issue. It also plays to the company's bottom line. I suspect that they are counting on customers not catching the issue and paying for product that isn't there.As far as being "normal", it is not. I also buy from Hemplitude and have NEVER had this problem Their cartridges are always full when I recieve them.

Second Snapdragon location I've visited, and both were great experiences. This store is packed with great products, competitive prices, and I really appreciated the two sales associates helpfulness and friendly atmosphere. 5 Star visit!!

I’ve been buying from this company for about 4 years, even when I lived out of town. For my part, their products are the most consistent and easy for first timers as well as seasoned stoners. Very high quality and I love that their variety just seems to be growing as the industry grows. No obnoxious stoner culture and no pretentious dispensary nonsense. Just a solid store with good people and solid products. I’ll only shop here for my hemp needs.

Somewhat disappointed with what few 'recent' reviews there are.Unable to locate reviews on specific "From" products: red bank vs memorial drive, etc. Products in small thick zip lock type bag vs hard plastic round screw on top containers.Zip bag still allows aroma to escape heavily. Therefore product dries out very quickly. Burns quick.Hard plastic round screw on top container until 6 or so months ago was NOT 'sealed'. But still kept moisture with product which means didn't burn so quickly.Would like to see more reviews on actual products vs store or employee services. Everytime I go every 3 or so months different employees.

Best shops around!!! I use a couple different locations on a regular basis and the staff is always so kind and patient and they are all well educated... I use the products to help control my tourettes syndrome but it has also helped me so much I quit smoking cigarettes and I no longer have to take anxiety meds or adhd meds... Snapdragon has been so life changing for me!!! The flower you carry is such quality too... I recommend you guys to everyone and will be a customer for life!!! Thank you for being the game changer I needed!!!

This is a great place for anyone who was wondering the atmosphere here is super chill everyone is always very welcoming.The products are top tier .The bar is really nice with several choices to choose from.Highly recommend going to visit.
