I just got a full set and I haven't ever had them dipped .so I don't know how it works. But she did say right before I walked out it cost the same for a fill in. I laughed and said oh no honey no it doesn't .I will either find someone else to do a fill in or I will just take these off. This is always happens to me.Its like every time I do something for myself. Something goes wrong.Lol

I have been getting my nails done for years, even coming here many times, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I visited the shop to do a trial run for my wedding nails. I came in, as instructed by the owner, with a photo of what I had in mind. He took one look at the photo and told me to move chairs that his wife would do my nails instead. The photo was a nude to white ombre, almond shaped. She proceeded to tell me that "no one who gets wedding nails gets almond shaped" and insisted that they be either square or coffin shaped. After telling her I didn't want square or coffin she continued to argue with me and said she would "do whatever I wanted but they wouldn't look pretty." While gluing the tips on, she announced to the entire shop that my nails are "crooked," still not sure what that means. I told her I didn't want them very long, she replied by saying "long nails look better in pictures, you can come the day after the event and I will trim them for you." I specifically said I did not want dip powder and she pulls out *pink* dip powder and told me that it would look nude after she put the clear coat on at the end. Throughout the hour and a half long appointment, she stopped multiple times to answer her cell phone. When I would say no, I don't really like that, she would immediately begin to talk in her native language and her and the lady behind her would laugh. She cut me twice with the drill and once with the nail file- 3 days later and my fingers are still sore. I left with long, square-shaped pink ombre nails that are speckled and splotchy. It did no good to speak up because she was determined to do whatever she wanted to do. Awful experience and would never recommend this place.

I came here the other day at 5:30 to get a gel mani/pedi, giving me ample time for the service before close at 7:00. They told me 20 minutes so I asked to leave and came back, which they agreed to. I came back at 6:00 and they told me to pick a color. After 10 minutes I said, if you don’t have enough time I’ll just do a manicure. He says “yeah probably not”. The man finishes with his person he’s working with a few minutes later and walks around the salon carrying a dog for 10-15 minutes. As he walks around he tells the customer she should leave and not wait for her friends as “everyone wants to go home.” At that point I got up to leave quietly and he asks me where I was going. I said, very politely, I didn’t want to make them stay later than they needed to. He tells me to wait the other techs are almost done with their clients and I should wait. I tell him it’s okay and leave. As I’m in the parking lot getting into my car another worker steps outside and tells me to come back in, she is almost done with her client. I again politely decline and leave.I did not appreciate being followed into the parking lot to be coerced into staying for a service that I was made to feel like was a burden to staff. I originally wanted two services and the man said “yeah probably not” when I suggested there wouldn’t be time for both. I had been traveling for 7 weeks at this point and long awaiting a manicure and I felt offended as a paying customer, that an available tech (the guy who finished his service) played with a dog while I waited. If staff had been upfront and told me, “you are waiting for tech x, because of y reason” maybe I would have felt different. But I felt like I wasted my evening when I could have driven a few more miles and found another salon who would have made my business a priority to them.A shameful way to do business if you ask me.

Edited: I wish I had read the one star reviews before going to this place. I am not the only person who had a painful experience with my gel nails being ripped off. For the love of God, do not go to this place. This was the worst nail experience of my life. It started with me waiting for an hour, which I could’ve handled since I didn’t make an appointment. That really isn’t my issue. I went in to have the dip removed from my nails and a new dip color put on. Because I had to wait so long, and it was getting close to closing, they said they didn’t have time to soak my nails and buff them off. So instead, they proceeded to rip the dip off my nails with nail clippers, scissors (which looked dirty), and a fake nail, tearing several of my fingernails. It was extremely painful and I know it can’t be healthy for my nails. I was in a bit of shock and by the time I was ready to walk out, they were halfway done, and I wasn’t sure what to do. I went ahead and let them finish and do my nails and they look terrible. The shape isn’t even and the dip goes down onto my cuticles, so I have no idea what it’s going to look like when they grow out. My cuticles aren’t even cleaned up and they are bumpy. It’s all around terrible. I will not be returning to this place. I’m not sure the name of the person who did my nails, but he was the only male (older) in the place.Service: Manicure

They did as good job with the gel polish but nail design was terrible. It’s really hard to tell what you like or don’t like when the nail tech cannot speak English well. I asked her not to cut my nail cuticles but she still did it. Price was not cheaper than other places. The owner seems nice and understanding. There are plenty of parking spots available in the front.
