I took my car to them back in may to have a tune up and battery replacement. They kept my battery so that I was unable to get my core refund. They also broke the gear shaft hook. (I had to pay someone to go behind and replace it). When they replaced my battery, they didn’t put the posts on correctly (I have a top post battery). They didn’t tighten the cords and my car went dead and wouldn’t crank even with a boost. That led me to believe that my starter was messed up because my battery was new and so was my alternator. I ended up having to pay for a tow truck and In reality, they didn’t tighten the posts so there was never a good connection to the battery.

This place has saved me more than once!! First my starter went out and they were so fast and affordable getting it in. Yesterday my breaks rotors and caliber needed to be changed, they got me In that morning and had it ready by 4! I got a call this morning stating they needed to change the caliber due to the place they had got it from called and said it had a recall, I was at work. They came to my job picked up my jeep and brought it back within 2 hours. They are definitely not crooks they honestly care! I will only be taking my Jeep here from now on for all my vehicle needs!!!

Parts changing mechanics. Way more expensive than precision auto tune, mediocre work. I had to take my car to another shop to get it fixed right since this guys all they did was change parts I already had changed. They did get my car partially fixed, but didn't address the main problem. Money down the drain

Had a radiator replaced several weeks ago at a fair price compared to others. They were flexible with drop off and pick up providing the service in the time given. I'll definitely give them a call next time I need a car repair.

So I had my car towed over to get a quote/estimate on repairs. I was told I would get a call with an approximate quote before work began on my vehicle. After hours I finally called to check progress after no word and was told that not only had all the work been done already but that I would not be able to come and get my car unless I paid a completely over priced amount. I am livid and feel robbed. Shady business if I've ever seen one.

I was overdue for a new timing belt and J&J quoted nearly half the price of other local mechanics. Quality service for fair price. Very friendly and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of, as a person who knows nothing about cars, and as a female. It was difficult to call and get an answer until the mid-day hours, but I had the time and flexibility to work with that. I asked them to check the brakes and the timing belt. While the timing belt needed to be replaced and they quoted me that price, they said the brakes were good and did not warn me about the $70 adjustment. Just something to keep in mind as constructive feedback and for future customers to be aware of, but overall, they did still save me a lot of money and I was happy with the service. I will go back to them.
