Went to get diapers with the new law in Tn. Everyone in the pharmacy was absolutely disrespectful and not helpful not at all. Will not be back ever.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to the people do not want to help you just give you a look like why are you talking to me? I know it is not all food cities because I use the one in Red Bank for years and never had this sort of problem. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. It’s just a shame because it’s so close to my home. Maybe they will get them some new management so their customers can be treated with respect.

I had a prescription that I had been getting filled with them for several months and when it came time to get it filled I submitted it ion the app and it never came back as ready. I called after giving it three or four days and they told me they were out of stock and would order and have it in within two days. Two days later I submitted the same prescription with the the same 3 or 4 days with no response.I went to the pharmacy and the lady told me they were still out of stock and they would order it. I told her y'all told me that a week ago and you didn't get in. I was very friendly when I said this. She just looked at me and offered no solution. I asked if the Food City pharmacy up the road may have and her response was "I'm not calling up there, I'm busy" . ... This sort of took me back because there was no one in the line behind me, and I responded by asking if I was able to call and she said, "Sure". I asked if she had the number and she told me to Google it. It seems to me if you don't have something in stock you call the customer that submitted the prescription and tell them this information and then do everything you can to help them get their medications or help them get it, especially when I have been getting it there for months.... I have switched to the other food City Pharmacy and they are much nicer and actually look happy to see you and help you...

I have used this Pharmacy for 5 years now. Here recently it has been absolutely terrible. I have to wait several days for a prescription because they do not have it in stock. Then it takes forever to get a prescription filled. I am definitely going to switch Pharmacy because I currently have the flu and they do not have Tamiflu in stock. This pharmacy needs someone that knows how to order.

The worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. I did not save time or money. Also didn’t get an apology for wasting my time and gas or for telling me they didn’t have my prescription when they did. Also, nothing was said when I paid and left. Super unprofessional.

Called to refill a prescription, got sent back to the menu 4 times. They answered, I got put on hold. Didn't have to wait very long after that to speak with someone. The lady was helping me out and had to go check on something. She asked if she could put me on hold, and when I said yes she hung up the phone. Maybe it was an accident but still annoying. They haven't tried to call back since writing this.

Alright, so another review. My husband and I put in an order to the deli yesterday, for 2 dozen chicken wings with mild sauce on the side. The deli called this morning at around 10:00 am to confirm the order for 2:00 pm. My husband went and picked them up. When he got home and we opened them, number one, they were boneless; number two, they were so incredibly dry and hard that when we attempted to bite into them, it was like biting into a rubber cracker! I immediately called and spoke with Kevin, a manager. He was very polite and kind and professional and told me to just bring them right in for a refund. I brought them in and he even took the time to look at them and agreed that they were in no shape to be sold and he apologized. Kevin and Christine we're both so incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure this was set right. I was refunded my money in addition to getting a store gift card. I ended up just Buying two dozen frozen wings. And while I was disappointed in the chicken wings themselves, I was pleased with how the manager handled the situation.
