Excellent rapid customer service. Knowledgeable about their products and the exactly where to direct me. Asked if I needed help or knew what I was looking for. Pretty great attitude and fun easy going atmosphere. Best place in Chattanooga and Knoxville.

I was very impressed with this store!!! I always get nervous going to the “sex” store, mainly because you never know who may be working there, and how comfortable or uncomfortable the workers will make you feel. I felt completely relaxed, the environment was actually pretty great. Matt was amazing and very knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable asking him questions about the products. The prices were very reasonable and the selection was great. I had a very good experience, and I will most definitely recommend and return to this location.

The best toy shop I have ever been to!! The prices are decent and the products are great. I do wish there were more ladybug tobacco pipes ?. I have never had a bad time with any of the employees but I do try to stick with Hollie and Stephenie because they make me feel comfortable and they are knowledgeable about the products. I wish I could give 10 stars because honestly it's just that good!!
