Associate behind the counter was on the store phone talking to a friend while we were standing in front of the checkout area. She literally said to the friend on the phone “Girl I have to go I have some people I have to check out and then” and then started laughing and chatting some more while we were standing there with the items in our hands waiting. Like I thought I’d seen it all

On one of my prescriptions, I have to call to get it refilled every month. I can’t text or refill online. Every time I call this CVS, I’m on hold for 15-25 minutes. I don’t understand this at all. Right now, I’m leaving this review and I’ve been on hold for 26 minutes (and that’s excluding the 2 minutes it takes to get through the voice prompts!). Help!! Answer the phone!!

Entering the store no one spoke to me. Employees discussing why they couldn't do something while stocking. Customers needed to hit bell to check out. Cashier looked sad and unhappy to be there. Not friendly. I probably won't go back. I left my items at the table with the cashier.

Store manager talked me in to a trial to save me some money on a single transaction. I've tried to cancel the $5 recurring charge in person and was given a phone number. The store manager has always been friendly and professional and he probably had a goal to hit (which I understand).I call the CVS CARES number and sit on hold after the automated system. I finally get to a person and was told since the account is in my wife's name I can't cancel the charge. Why was I allowed to sign up if it's in her name?I'll have my bank handle the charges and drive the extra mile to go to Walgreens from now on.

I have a prescription on auto refill, but I have to call every month to get it filled. In addition, the status on their app shows it as "out of stock", but they always have it at the pharmacy.

LeAnn Perez is hands down the best pharmacist ive ever had. She is very thorough & takes time to go over any new meds you have. She makes sure to stay on top of whats current or discontinued. I just love her to pieces!!!! The store staff are also genuine, and always upbeat & willing to help in any way, no matter if they are busy with their other store duties. The store is always clean & neat & always well stocked. Thank you CVS staff & pharmacy for all you do, its really appreciated!!! 😊

I love this pharmacy! The pharmacist is always incredibly kind and helpful. I occasionally have an issue with my medication not being ready, but with just a bit of patience and kindness, they always fill it right then with very little wait time. I've always had a good experience here, and I will continue to go in the future. Just remember, problems that arise and insurance issues are not the pharmacy's fault. They handle extenuating circumstances with ease and always make sure everyone is taken care of as soon as they are able, even if it's not as soon as one may want. They are a business, after all! As long as you are able to see past the end of your own nose and understand that things occasionally happen or go wrong, you won't have any problems at this pharmacy. :)

The pharmacy employees are unbelievably stupid and rude. I had forgotten and left my medication at a hotel the night before. As luck would have it, I had an appointment with my doctor the next day and got new prescriptions. I dropped them off at the pharmacy at 5:30. The woman working there told me they would be ready in an hour and I said I would come back. Two hours and forty-five minutes later I returned and was told that my prescriptions were not ready, because "they didn't know how many I wanted." How stupid can you get! I told them I needed at least a three day supply. They said they could get it ready for me if I wanted to wait another hour. The pharmacy was closing in less than an hour, so I guess I would have waited until closing time and still not gotten my meds! These people are dolts. No one called me to ask me any questions, so they insured by their stupidity that I would not be able to get my medication. I had made my situation very clear to the moronic woman who took the prescription at 5:30. They said they had been busy. I will do my best to make sure they have plenty of free time in the future because I will do my best to get them fired. They have also been rude to my husband in the past. They were laughing at me before I even got out of the store. Most idiotic and unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. If my drug plan did not require me to use CVS I would never go back. As it is I will be calling tomorrow to complain to the manager.

Last year they had filled two prescriptions for me that I guess your not supposed to mix, and no one said anything about not mixing them. This year They gave my mom expired insulin!! Today, my doctor fax over a prescription to have filled, and when my husband went to go pick it up they said they never got it but when the doctor called they said they found it in the fax machine nobody told them about it. I find this particular pharmacy about as unprofessional as it can get.

Prescriptions can be texted to Pharmacy for refills, you will be texted in return when it's ready. Great time saver!

This review is aimed specifically at the Pharmacy department at this CVS on Ringgold road, the rest of the store was fine and courteous as one would expect however... On 12/27 we were out of town and my wife was having a rough time with a virus when we were visiting Chattanooga. I went to pick up a prescription that was phoned in that morning at the CVS on Ringgold Road. Mistake. I approach the "pick up your order here" sign and stood ignored by the entire staff despite them all looking at me, just flat out ignored. After several awkward moments one blond haired employee walked up to the counter and just stared at me with a look that said "Go away", no "Welcome to CVS how can I help you" ...just stared in silence. Hard to tell If I was supposed to speak or come out fighting. Finally I said I was here for a prescription that had been called in that morning. She asked me to spell my name and I repeated my name and started to spell it but before the first letter came out she threw a fit like a 3 year old, apparently I hadn't spelled it quickly enough. I said back to her "Really?" The attitude problem was just starting. She couldn't find our name but clearly hadn't checked the messages that morning where it had been left. She just said sorry it's not here with yet another "go away" attitude. Realizing what I am dealing with I decided to take my business elsewhere. I walked out incredibly angry and just called it in to another store, a CVS on Hixson Pike. I received excellent service I have come to expect from CVS there. What a relief! I later called the store manager and reported it and he was very courteous and professional. I hope he addressed the situation. This may be a case of one bad egg but if this goes uncorrected it will not say much for the store. This is very disappointing as I have been a CVS customer for DECADES and always receive great service from our home CVS. The CVS on Ringgold road made a hard situation even more difficult. My advice, if you're looking for a good Pharmacy...look elsewhere.
