Good food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is incredible, and the staff may be the most pleasant I've seen in a while.

Walked through this massive store while taking a break from driving through on I75. Lots of home decor, a few antique pieces but not a lot of them. Lots and lots of pretty stuff for your home. In an old mall, safe, owners are friendly. I was hoping for more actual vintage items which is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Nice booths though, clean and well stocked.

We were disappointed with the tea room food. Just not up to par. This place is not our cup of tea.

Food was wrong, casserole was dry and cold. Bill was messed up. Ceiling tiles were damaged and some were missing.Very expensive for a bad experience.

We had our Christmas party here. The service was fast and friendly. The food was hot and tasty, and the blackberry cobbler with ice cream was delicious.

The way the do business with continued customers when they were inn east Ridge is not good business or business ethic.I had two gift cards That I had received one was from my mother in law as a gift and she pasted the next year after given me my gift card . We also had lunch in the tea room the same day. To my point Chattanooga Mercantile refused to let me use my gifts cards there on Cloud Springs Rd this past weekend. I have over $100 to spend and they said they couldn’t take the gift cards. Now I know they are new owners but the money my mother in law thats has left us gave me a gift and I now can’t use it it’s money she spent on me that’s is wastedThey should still honor the gifts cards of customers from The original Mercantile that’s just had business. They bought the business and the money my mother in law was in the price . I don’t think it’s right to refuse gifts cards that’s money people have spent weather it’s from the original mercantile or not . It’s bad business. I still purchased what I originally was going to use my gifts cards on but I won’t be back and I saw serveral things I was going to come back and buy. But not now.the value of people or past customers doesn’t matter to them. The other gift card is an anniversary gift from my husband I can’t use his hard earned money wasted too. Everyone complained about the past owner how hard he was to work for with the booths people rented from him but he would have never of refused money from a customer. He was always very nice and his staff. When I got to the Mercantile I even asked the lady at the door before I started looking around I asked her if my gift cards would be honored since they moved and new owners and she quoted “Yes” they will it’s the same company so she lied to he right up front . She was also at the counter when I was purchasing my items but when turned around to tell them she said they would accept them she heard them tell me they couldn’t honor them she was gone walked away. Alit if placed new owners etc… for good business and business ethic will honor gift cards etc..Not this placeThey are money hungryThe lady at the door handing out menus could have told me right there saved me the time looking around.I just think they are wrongI am sure it doesn’t matter to them if they lose a customer but I won’t be back and I will and gave told people how they do business. Now I have a gift card from my dear Mother in law that I loved dearly past away and I can’t use the last gift she gave me to remember her by with something she wanted me to go buy and enjoy from her. Hard earned money she worked hard for .That’s how this company runs their business.

So many options! Along the aisles, I was able to find a pitcher for the basin and pitcher set my mom made for her mother years ago. A long story short- The original pitcher is missing. The one we found ought to fit nicely. And, it was a good price!

Stopped here on a whim - the staff was super friendly and helpful and there was a lot of interesting things! It’s a mix of antiques and new home decor. There’s different vendors with different things and most of the prices were very reasonable. The cafe next door is great too!
