Love going to Sara Sells and enjoy the thrill of waiting in line and finding those hidden gems. This time I got a bed and art work. Unfortunately the bed was missing a few pieces however the customer service was excellent! The new pieces were delivered within two business days of informing the team they were missing.

My first ‘Sara Sells’ experience was in Nashville last week. I absolutely loved it. Yes there were a lot of people but it was fine! The vibe is very energetic. I ended up buying a floor lamp, a coffee table and a chandelier. I googled the coffee table and I’m convinced I got a good deal based on what other sites are selling it for. There were a lot of associates to help. I never waited too long for anyone to help me and everyone was extremely nice. I live in Columbus, OH so today we are driving back to pick up the loot that didn’t fit in my car. Even factoring my drive back to pick up everything, I’m still happy. I’d love to visit again and bring a Uhaul next time!

We bought a couch from here last year and it’s just not good quality at all. The cushions have become flat and lumpy, the fabric is itchy and feels cheap, and one of the arms seems loose from the frame. We paid way too much $ for the quality we got.

I recently bought a dining table from Sara Sells. My husband rented a uhaul truck to pick up the large table and was told per their policy to leave the table boxed and inspect it at home. Upon immediately unboxing the table, we noticed a large scratch down the surface of the table (a foot long) and a chipped piece of wood on one of the table’s support beams. I immediately contacted Sara Sells team and was notified after a bit I could receive a 10% discount off the price or exchange the table at my own cost and that I should have inspected the table prior to bringing it home (which is not what their policy states nor is it what my husband was told when picking the table up). I told them I was very frustrated because the cost of renting another truck to exchange the table was more than the discount they were offering me so I felt forced to keep a damaged product. After much more back and forth, they finally offered to deliver me another table at no cost. I waited weeks for the delivery and when it arrived, the delivery team unboxed the new table which was even more damaged than the original table. The delivery team took away the damaged replacement table and left me with the original table. I again immediately contacted the Sara Sells team and waited yet again for them to respond. They then told me the delivery team was turning around to come pick up the original table so I cancelled plans and waited at home for them to never show up.I then waited over another week for another pick up date to be scheduled which was today. Again I cancelled plans and arranged my schedule to be home and the delivery team cancelled their pick up at 345pm. I again contacted the Sara Sells team with no response. The customer service and communication is absolutely horrible and I can’t imagine that there aren’t many more damaged products out there if 2/2 of the tables I received were extensively damaged. So now I am still carefully storing a damaged product (so that nothing further happens to it) in my home waiting for this issue to be resolved. It has been well over a month of issues and my family has had to live without a dining table as I am skeptical Sara Sells will ever end up resolving this issue and don’t want to buy a new table from someone else while I still have this 96inch table taking up my garage.

Bought $10,000 dollars of furniture over a few months time for a beach cottage I’m building. Went to January 2023 sale to buy 2 more nightstands. Went back to pick them up that next week and there was a line/wait so I said I would come back the following week. Forgot to go… busy with a family life event. Sent an email the very next week saying I would pick up that week. They emailed back and said I couldn’t pick them up but they would refund and deducted a restocking fee of $197 dollars…I never even got to pick them up. This is even after a conversation with Sara’s husband, who rang me up for the additional nightstands, who told me how much he appreciated my business :( “Disappointed in their way of doing business” is an understatement.

Watch what you buy! There was a large horse print there that is also sold at Havertys for hundreds less!!! Not always a great warehouse deal.

First time coming and I walked out with a few quality, affordable and beautiful pieces of furniture. I’d love to come back! Worth the 2 hour drive! Honestly though, not necessary to stand in line for an hour. We came at 8:45 and still had a lot of opportunity to see everything inside.

They have beautiful pieces to buy, however, their customer service is subpar. If you have questions, you can’t get a hold of them. Also, make sure to read all of their guidelines/policies before going to one of their warehouses. You have two weeks to pick something up but it’s really 6 days limited hours in working hours.

Horrible customer service. I tried to purchase a 1300k+ table from them on multiple occasions. I was already quoted more than someone I know that bought the same exact one for less. From them I might add. They proceeded to tell me I would have to wait during “ warehouse sell hours” or purchase on Sunday during their online “leftovers”.. Do not recommend doing business with them! Congratulations on turning down a sale that you probably didn’t have in stock to begin with. You should take your reviews into consideration.

I was disappointed in the prices. I am sure everyone doesn’t have to budget but I found most things to be expensive and over priced. Some of the accessories were unique but I’ve seen most in local stores. And you can order lights etc online for a much better price. However if you want to wander around, touch and see, it’s something to do on a Saturday morning.

It is very chaotic to go there in person. It is difficult to flag someone down to take your order. If you purchase something on line the day after the sale, you must wait until the following Wednesday until you can pick it up here in the Nashville area. The strict no return policy is painful if you get the item home and it just doesn't work, this is what happened to me! Thoroughly disappointing, it would be okay if at a minimum they offered an instore credit. . .but no, the customer service is almost non existent and prices are not particularly good. I found the same light fixture on line after the fact at exactly the same price they sold it for. It wasn't a deal at all. So, shop wisely.

Unfortunately, like most of the other negative reviews, we had the same experience. You would think after receiving the same complaints about customer service and communication, a company would care enough about their customer’s experience to do something to change it.Two weeks ago we purchased a sectional, media stand and mirror from Sara Sells. We loved the pieces and couldn’t wait to see them in our home. At check out, we were told that we we would be contacted within the week to set up a delivery date (which we paid $250 for) and that the delivery would be within a three day window the following week.By the end of that week, we hadn’t heard anything from the delivery company so I reached out to Sara Sells to get their contact information. The only way you can communicate with Sara Sells is through text message on their website, or email. They have NO phone number. After sending multiple messages, we finally got a vague response that the delivery company would be reaching out shortly. A few days later, we still hadn’t heard a word. We reached out again and were told that the delivery company did call and email us. We never received any message from them. Apparently, the employee who took down all of our contact info at the time of purchase had input all of the incorrect information. Not only the wrong phone number, but incorrect email address as well.At this point, Sara Sells finally gave us the delivery companies phone number and we were able to get delivery details. Without ever speaking to us, there was a delivery scheduled for the very next day! So, we rearranged our entire schedule to accommodate the delivery, only to be contacted the next morning (30 min prior to our scheduled time) for them to let us know that they couldn’t fit our furniture on their truck and our delivery date would have to be rescheduled for later in the week. To say this has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience is a huge understatement. We have never written a negative review about a company, but this one is more than warranted. We gave them so many opportunities to discuss this issue and work things out. The lack of communication and customer service within their company is astonishing. We truly regret ever doing business with them. It’s been a complete nightmare.

It’s a popular place, but a fun experience. Sara has a lot of unique things that can’t be found elsewhere at reasonable prices. Been here 4-5 times, and it’s always a good experience. Be prepared for a crowd, but all the staff are super helpful.

I have been to Sara Sells twice - the first time I went to Sara Sells, I bought a dining room table, which to my surprise was unfinished. I ended up having to sand and stain the table which was a little more than I wanted to get into myself but was told from several knowledgeable furniture people that it would get ruined immediately if I didn't do so. My real dissatisfaction came from the chaos that I encountered on my second trip. The people there are friendly people but it's a MAD HOUSE. There is no communication with the people on the floor with inventory and check out is like a duck duck goose game where you have to hold up your hand and hope someone walks over to you. At one point I even had to play the "guess a number" game between another customer to see who would get checked out first. I have never seen a real business run this way but I went along with it bc what choice did I have? I was slighted on chairs I wanted to buy due to their disorganization and was even taken to the back where they said they would make sure I had the opportunity to purchase the chairs from the Memphis warehouse because they knew it was their doing that I couldn't buy what I wanted to off the floor. I gave a woman named Melissa my contact info and she said I would be sent an invoice via email to purchase the chairs I wanted - I am obviously still waiting for the email over a week later. Based on the marketing you expect these great discounts but in actuality you are getting a very small percentage off and I have even found some items that are being sold, cheaper online. Very disappointed in my last experience and will not be returning. They have some cool pieces but my advice, save yourself the time and just go to HomeGoods and legitimate furniture store!
