They do not stand behind their products and when contacted are rude and / or unresponsive. We purchased a dining room table / chairs and all the chairs cracked after 2-3 months in the same exact place.

Horrible customer service. I tried to purchase a 1300k+ table from them on multiple occasions. I was already quoted more than someone I know that bought the same exact one for less. From them I might add. They proceeded to tell me I would have to wait during “ warehouse sell hours” or purchase on Sunday during their online “leftovers”.. Do not recommend doing business with them! Congratulations on turning down a sale that you probably didn’t have in stock to begin with. You should take your reviews into consideration.

Ashley went above and beyond and made my shopping experience 10+ stars! She was patience, helpful and took initiate to help me decide between different pieces. At the end i bought ALL that i was looking for and more! Amazing products, but it can be overwhelming if you don’t have Ashley helping you ;)

If there is an an employee of the month award - apologies to everyone else, but Ashley owns it. She was SUPER helpful as we were looking at different pieces and even checked the back for us multiple times to make sure we had the best options in our selections. There was a ton of great furniture and products, but Ashley helped us feel extremely comfortable and confident in our purchases. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Unfortunately, like most of the other negative reviews, we had the same experience. You would think after receiving the same complaints about customer service and communication, a company would care enough about their customer's experience to do something to change it. Two weeks ago we purchased a sectional, media stand and mirror from Sara Sells. We loved the pieces and couldn't wait to see them in our home. At check out, we were told that we we would be contacted within the week to set up a delivery date (which we paid $250 for) and that the delivery would be within a three day window the following week. By the end of that week, we hadn't heard anything from the delivery company so I reached out to Sara Sells to get their contact information. The only way you can communicate with Sara Sells is through text message on their website, or email. They have NO phone number. After sending multiple messages, we finally got a vague response that the delivery company would be reaching out shortly. A few days later, we still hadn't heard a word. We reached out again and were told that the delivery company did call and email us. We never received any message from them. Apparently, the employee who took down all of our contact info at the time of purchase had input all of the incorrect information. Not only the wrong phone number, but incorrect email address as well. At this point, Sara Sells finally gave us the delivery companies phone number and we were able to get delivery details. Without ever speaking to us, there was a delivery scheduled for the very next day! So, we rearranged our entire schedule to accommodate the delivery, only to be contacted the next morning for them to let us know that they couldn't fit our furniture on their truck and our delivery date would have to be rescheduled for later in the week. To say this has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience is a huge understatement. We have never written a negative review about a company, but this one is more than warranted. We gave them so many opportunities to discuss this issue and work things out. The lack of communication and customer service within their company is astonishing. We truly regret ever doing business with them. It's been a complete nightmare.

Wow! We outfitted our whole front room with beautiful and unique pieces. Very sturdy, comfortable, and with prices to match the quality. Highly recommend having your measurements on hand to really plan your space.

Purchased a $699 jute rug from Sarasells. Got home with the rug to discover lose binding....unraveling....through out the rug and parts looked like if the threads were ripping out. I waited about a week thinking the rug just needed to settle in place before I emailed them explaining my concerns. I did not receive a response back from anyone! I have no choice but to leave a negative review about this purchase. I am extremely disappointed at the quality of this $700 rug. Please save your money and do not purchase this particular jute rug. On the other hand other items I bought I am completely satisfied.

Purchased several large items and saved myself a bunch of money. The furniture is all of high quality and worked out perfectly in our home. Get there early so you can have first dibs on what's available.

Sarasells 11625 US-64, Eads, TN 38028 Regret buying this rug from Sarasells located in Memphis. it's a jute rug which is falling apart. I emailed them a week after I purchased it which was over 3 month ago. I never received a response back and this is why I'm posting this review. This rug is over $599 should not be falling apart BE CAREFUL purchasing this rug!! On the other hand bought several other stuff that completely I'm satisfied! Gave one star due to no response from company.
