Very poor communication. My dog came home very sick. He had lost a lot of weight from not eating and no one ever communicated with me that he was ill. I tried to call and speak with owner but he never called me back. We will not be going back.

Left both our dogs here. My dog has seizures and they gave her medicine and she didn’t have any seizures. Under stress too. This place is amazing!!!!

I love they have a nice back yard with grass instead of concrete. And inside they can walk freely and are not locked in cages.

I wasn't wowed by their survices but I would use them again. The facility smells terrible. Be careful with the rates online. They don't accurately communicate their billing. But they were fair and honest. A good company. Not a great one.

I have two pit bulls that are the loves of my life. It is incredibly hard for me to say goodbye to them and go on work or personal trip, but I know they’re safe and loved with the Ruff Country family! Thank you so much for giving Keiran and Opie all the love and a home away from home!!!
