Recently, we decided to research a loan to complete a home remodel after construction had stalled due to lack of funds. It is because of the earlier pleasant experience that I decided to reach back out to Bancorp in Oakland and met Joe Perdue. Once again, the service was outstanding. Joe was monumentally patient and listened carefully to every aspect of our situation. After going through all of my options, the best loan product was settled on and Joe kept with us through ever step of the process right through the closing. He helped us to find our way through all the government mandated "full disclosure" paperwork that just does nothing but muddy the waters. “Not showing me much, on phone for about one hours trying to get information about credit card. I just open an account, may close it now. Because customers service on the phone is horrible, waiting 1 hours. Giving three starts because of customer service at local office in Bartlett sorry wrong location review. Sad that the credit card department has to have bad service in today’s time.Update Ask for a supervisor they know what they’re doing. Took 2min to take care of my problem.”

“SO MUCH more helpful at this branch than any of the other 3 branches we HAD to stop at TRYING to get an account transferred into our name. The other worthless branches were Appling, Hacks Cross, and Poplar.Joel did such a great job helping us. He worked for HOURS with us and the estate dept. At Wells Fargo headquarters. He was so polite and worked hard to make sure we only had to make one trip to a notary since their branch didn't have one available. Michael, his boss was helpful with suggestions as well.”
