Even if you don't want to shop, simply walking around and taking in the sights is enough entertainment. Each store I visited had a welcoming amount of kind people, always smiling and trying to engage in conversation. This place also has many types of food vendors that anyone can find something to eat from.”

This isn't a Wells Fargo problem; this is an EVERYWHERE problem. No one wants to work. I've seen the same problems in the hotel and restaurant industry. Despite the understaffing, the staff is still very nice THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST. The employees there have been there a long time. They need some grace. You can't make people apply for jobs and work - - Unless you stop giving out free government money.”

“Not showing me much, on phone for about one hours trying to get information about credit card. I just open an account, may close it now. Because customers service on the phone is horrible, waiting 1 hours. Giving three starts because of customer service at local office in Bartlett sorry wrong location review. Sad that the credit card department has to have bad service in today’s time.Update Ask for a supervisor they know what they’re doing. Took 2min to take care of my problem.”
