I'm pretty sure the owner dude is prejudiced. I've heard he just snaps out of people for no reason. But I pulled up by gas pumps, got my card out my purse, and he came out the door streaming at me. If im not gwtting gas, dont block his pump. Ok, so at first I pulled to the side, but there was a lot of snow and ice, so I was about to move again. Here, come this dude again. I just pulled around to a parking spot. Was taking the lock off my card using my phone app. He done came out the door again, cursing me, telling me I need to leave and all this other stuff. Barley understood him bc he was yelling. Now, all this happens within 5 mins bc I just pulled up when he came out the first time. I was just like completing shocked for most part, the way he talked to people for no reason. Like I was about to go in, I was just gathering my ID and debit card. Never again will I ever go there. He best be glad I was in a rush to get home bc the weather.

They are sometimes really mean to kids to anyone that comes into the store or even on the parking lot... They yell at the customers and they change they're prices as they want and make up there on rules as they go

He will double charge for almost anything. Not allowed specific clothing in stores or you get kicked out such as big coats, hoodies, or anything warm. Not allowed strollers, so if your alone and have a infant your screwed. Leaving a stoller outside is just asking to get it stollen. Extremely rude customer service.

I was attempting to buy 3 cans of tire shine. I gave the male owner a $20 bill and he says the $20 has a piece of tape on it. (The tape was clear) I explained it was given to me like that. He holds it up to the light and acknowledges that he knows its NOT counterfiet, but he still was not going to accept it. I left and went to Kroger and got $20 in gas with the same $20 bill with no questions asked. Im a black male so Im quite sure race played a role. I will NEVER go back!

Owner was rude told me I had to spend $5.00 to get a drink and all I had was a card. I was told If I wanna pay his credit card fees I can buy a drink. Had to use the bathroom it was out of order as usual but it's always works when he has to go... owner is really rude and mean wouldn't recommend them for any kind of business.

That woman is very RUDE.. SHE GETS SMART WIT ALL BLACK PEOPLE THAT COMES IN THERE... I just asked a question because i heard her getting smart with a black man all because he asked her why was she charging him for a bag to put his items in that he purchased there and she went off...even on me... And her husband sits there and condones it and u better not say something back ... He will jump up curse you out threatens to call the police and more... The BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE

Extremely rude!!!! $5 minimum purchase to pay with a debit/credit card for inside purchases. To use your debit/credit card for fuel there is a minimum $10 purchase. Don't ever ask for a bag to carry your purchase out in because you will be told NO or asked to purchase one for 25 cents. I would not recommend this to be your SHORT STOP!!

I entered the Short Stop Food Store recently, to find that it is now operated by some Hindus. Hateful people. Very arrogant, very rude.
