Woke up to a zero tire pressure warning on my truck Thursday morning. Called RUSSOMS towing and Drew was out quickly, got the tire off and spare put on in no time. I left the key at the front desk at the hotel. I was staying for and caught a ride to work not knowing how long it would take. One of the lug nuts was swollen and prior to, getting it off, he called to let me know that it would probably be damaged since it was so swollen. I appreciated the heads up, the cost was reasonable and admired his professionalism through the whole experience.

I will never have russom's tow another one of my vehicles. There fee is way too high. And they have thieves working for them. They charged me 900 dollars to get my car back and when I got it back everything that was in it when they picked it up was stolen out of it. I tried contacting them to complain but they wouldn't take the time to talk to me about it. It was a very bad experience. ?

Had a flat tire and Drew came out asap and put the spare on!!! Great company they always are so helpful and best of all they are kind and so helpful, from Vicky in the office to the guys on the crew! Thank you!!!!
