I had heard good things about this place so I took my car in. They told me to drop it off after hours Monday and they'd look at it the next morning. The next day went by and I didn't hear anything. So the second day I called. You have to call several times because they don't answer their phone. So when I finally got through the second day they said they'd call me after lunch to let me know what was going on. I didn't hear anything. So the third day I call and call and call several times. No answer. Finally someone calls me to tell me what's going on but that it'll be another 4 days (the next Monday) until it's done. They just let it set there when I need my car for getting to work just to say it's going to take longer. People can't go a week without their car when they have a job. It's very unprofessional to not answer the phone or at least update your customers so they know what's going on. They won't be getting our service any more.

Another mechanic told us our truck needed major work (2000 dollars) but the owner offered to buy the truck from us for 2300.Took it to Roger's for a second opinion.They replaced a bad spark plug for cheap, and wouldn't accept the extra money we offered.100 percent will get any repairs done here.
