Brandon was incredibly helpful and quickly got us into a vehicle that we love! My other vehicle gave out on me and wasn't worth fixing. My husband and I decided we wanted something reliable but it needed to be done fast so I could have transportation for work. We didn't have the money for a down payment but we called and spoke with Brandon. He got all of our info and called us back with a good vehicle he found they we were approved for. We came up there, test drove it and signed the paperwork. So easy! Thank you for your help!

Oil change & tire rotation.The work was completed in a timely fashion and the lady in the service department was pleasant. I was a little surprised though that they didn’t do the complementary vacuuming in the front driver/passenger area like usual. Other than that, everything was fine.Thank you to Bronson at the checkout desk for providing excellent customer service. Each time I’ve been there he’s greeted me with a smile. He’s friendly, pleasant and always professional.

Maybe my comment won't matter bc for one the credit score yall told me is not what everything else shows and 2 I have 2 paid off car notes on my credit and yall questioned me about the Hyundai that was paid off in June 2023. Makes me think yall don't pull the most recent one. Either way I'll take my buisness elsewhere. The salesman was very distant and pushed us to the side. My experience here was not the best. I've bought 2 vehicles and paid both off and when buying them they were very nice and pleasant to work with.

Excellent customer service!!! Chuck and Frankie went above and beyond to help me today. They came up with a quick solution to get me into another vehicle while mine is being worked on. They both went out of their way and was very friendly and accommodating!!

I bought a 2024 Pathfinder recently. Got great service from Sales Consultant Brandon Pilkenton and General Manager Chuck Merz. It was one of the most relaxed atmospheres I have encountered while buying a vehicle. I found both reps very knowledgeable about their product and helpful in explainingthe new specs of the vehicle.

This review has to do with the service department only. Took my maxima up there that needed several things done, which should have taken a week, but right at 2 weeks. If it weren't for my service advisor (Kayla), I'd give 3 stars... She was the only one who returned my calls if she told me she would, anything I asked, she made it happen! She needs a raise because Chuck, the general manager, NEVER called me back when he said he would! He didn't know what wad going on 99% of the time and was very flaky, when I would talk to him, he always gave me the "Yea".... "OK I'll have to get back to you..." I felt like he was preoccupied every time we talked.Hey, I get it, you have a bunch of customers calling asking about their vehicles, I'm sure it's aggravating! But what if that wad your car?? I just hope the head honchos up there know, Kayla is a terrific employee and y'all should promote her to manager!

Very professional and willing to help with solutions. Needed a place to charge an electric vehicle that was given to me as a rental car and they helped me out. As a person without knowledge of electric vehicles they were life savers!!!

Best experience ever!! Chris Mealer is the best to work with.I hate going in and trying to buy a vehicle anywhere because most will give you a run around and ask for more money or say your credit score isn’t good enough.But from the emails I had been talking to Chris to the actual driving of my 2023 Nissan Rogue it was the best experience ever!! We will not go anywhere else! Kirk Nissan is the BEST!!Love my New Nissan Rogue

Thank you to the friendly staff for assisting my wife today while she was in Dyersburg! My wife drives an EV for work and was in town to see one of her customers and there was no charging stations in town for her to charge the car. Chris Mealer was very helpful to assist her even though the car was not purchased from Kirk Nissan. We would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Kirk Nissan based on the level of care and customer service that was provided to my wife! This is truly taking care of others! Thanks again!!

I didn’t buy a car here. I drive an electric vehicle. My home charger was broken, and I needed to charge my car to get to work. Mr. Kirk was so kind and helped me so much that day. He’s a wonderful person, and I am so thankful to have met him.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dion was great, very helpful. I got a great car for a lower price than anticipated. I've owned a Nissan Altima for 8 years and have not had a moment of trouble with it. I highly recommend Nissans and this dealership

Replaced a recall part. Service department receptionist was super nice, got my vehicle in on time as scheduled. Work was performed quickly, wait time was minimal. Really nice people at Kirk Nissan.
