Went In today to get a few rolls of quarters and was told I have to have an account to make change....they have always taken care of me, but apparently the rules have changed over the past week, very upset. Any bank should be able to give a roll of quarters for a 10 dollar bill.

From the moment I stepped through the door to the second I left, the service was succinct, the staff were kind, and one could very quickly tell that this was during a busy part of the day. Neat bank.

The Dyersburg branch is the worst bank in Dyersburg! Customer service is the worst. IF you are able to go inside the lobby there is usually only one person at the counter. Terrible bank!!

It's hit and miss some locations like Riverdale in tn are golden and deserive 10* could not ask for better.And dyersburg location should get a -5* rude not helpful ignore people and NEVER ANSWER PHONES. The only one ever trying is the one white woman always working drive through. So if you choose to bank there CHECK your local one out first. Thank God I use the Riverdale location. Keep up the great work yall.

My wife and I walked in, having never been there before. It was on a Friday. All hands were on deck. I sat my wife down. She was sick No Covid, by the way. She had her mask on.I went to the end of cashiers row. The lady at the end of the row was very nice.We had to wait. Bad news? No.We were directed to an office by a young lady who was very nice as well and kind and helped us with a new checking account. She later informed us she had just started working there six months. Her way and behavior was like we had met a new friend.We are a happy couple. Thanks, Dave Council, Newbern,Tn

would've been nice to know yall were either not operating today or closing early. show that you care by keeping customers and account holders informed.\ \ 2/19/2021 yet again closed with sign saying because of inclement weather???? All roads are free and clear so how, feels like yall just wanted a 4 day weekend with holiday coming up.
