Ross was rude. He treated me like I was a problem for him. He wasn't a big help. Also if I'm paying insurance why do I have to pay 150 for a new phone. What's the point of insurance. Also if I walked in first why was I push aside for the people that came in after me? I wasn't rude to him. Don't get it..
