wish i could give them no stars. this african american lady who worked there yelled at me and my mother for having our hoods on mind you it’s pouring down raining. then proceeded to get in my mother, sister, and my face yelling threatening to call the police on us saying we wouldn’t get service and cussing us out. i have never seen someone be so disrespectful for nothing. she only told us to take our hats off even tho there was other african americans with hats on. she also proceeded to push us out the store with a shopping buggy even though we was already walking out and followed us out to the parking lot. this woman has short green hair hope she gets fired because she doesn’t know how to talk to people with respect

Went shopping and got some outfits that were marked 1.00 and the signs say priced as marked and they wouldn't let me have my items ....that is misrepresentation.....

Store manager and also other employees are very rude and they don’t talk to or respect u as a customer... I was kicked out of Dyersburg store but I’ve been kicked out of better places... I don’t care bout family dollar that much anyway.. I love dollar general stores better... they are very respectful at all most all dg stores I go into... rude employees at family dollar on st.john ??♀️

They are just about the only store in this town that actually has the items I shop for weekly. The other stores in this town have really went down hill. All Dollar Generals and even Wal Mart never have what I need anymore and it's finally gotten past the point of frustration for me. It's like these stores have forgotten how to keep thier shelves stocked. I'll be going to Family Dollar from now on.
